How to View and Join a Live Session Meeting
This will display the calendar featuring your Live Session meetings to which you've been invited by either your Brand or Sales Rep.
1. Go to the "Live Sessions" tab
2. You will be directed to your calendar view for the current week automatically.
3. Choose from various viewing options:
Week: Displays the weekly view, allowing you to navigate between weeks using the arrows located on the top left side.
Month: Presents the monthly view, and you can navigate through different months using the arrows positioned on the top left side.
List: Presents the weekly view in a list format, and you can navigate between weeks using the arrows located on the top left side.
To Join a Meeting you have been invited to, you have two options:
Option 1: Join from your calendar view by clicking on the meeting event box. A pop-up panel will appear on the right side of your screen, displaying your meeting details.
Click on "Join" when you are ready to join the meeting at it's scheduled time.
Upon clicking "Join," you will enter the meeting alongside your host and any other participants who have also been invited.
Option 2: Alongside the meeting being added to your Calendar, you will also receive an email invitation to join the Live Session meeting. Simply click on the provided "Link" in the email to join the meeting directly.
- During the Live Session meeting, your host will facilitate the session and share their screen for presentations. Throughout the meeting, you'll have the capability to add products to your Cart, specifying sizes and store locations for each item.
- To review all the items in your shopping cart, simply click on the Cart icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
